The Holy Scriptures, comprised of the T’nach (old
covenant) and the Brit Chadasha (new covenant) is the complete, verbal,
plenary, Word of God without error.
God is One (Echad) as stated in the Shma, Who is revealed in the Holy Scriptures as three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
Yeshua (Jesus) is the Eternal Son of God. He is Israel’s Mashiach (Messiah) as promised in the T’nach. He is Emmanuel (God with us). He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Miriam, lived a sinless life, died a substitutionary, vicarious death for the sins of the world, rose bodily from the dead, ascended back into Heaven, is seated at the right hand of the Father, and is coming again in the same way as He ascended.
Man was created by God and made in God’s image. In the beginning, man was innocent of sin and endowed by God with the freedom of choice. It was with this freedom that man chose to do wrong and brought sin into the world and thereby, is separated from God, in need of Salvation.
Salvation is offered freely to all who receive Yeshua as Mashiach, and appropriate His blood as personal Kaporah (atonement) for sin. The receiving of Yeshua as Mashiach consists of believing in Him as Mashiach, acknowledging one’s own sinfulness, and repenting of all sin. In no way does anyone receive salvation by the performance of mitzvot (good deeds).
